Do I need a vPlan subscription?
Yes. vPlan is a separate SaaS product. We integrate it into your Odoo — we don't resell vPlan licenses.
How real-time is the sync?
Near real-time via webhooks. Both systems usually reflect a change within seconds. If a webhook ever misses, a scheduled job catches up within minutes.
Can I customize what syncs?
Yes — we configure field mappings per project. The starting point is the standard mapping; we adjust as your processes evolve.
