A new fine wine club from Nijmegen serving club members and trade customers from the same webshop. Started greenfield on Odoo, with a founder who learned to configure the system himself.
Bos Cleaning & Finishing
The manufacturer from Loosdrecht swapped Exact Online for Odoo: make-to-order manufacturing, a well-thought-out warehouse strategy with pick locations and work order planning via vPlan.
BSS van Paddenburg
The Amsterdam cleaning supplies wholesaler (since 1982) stayed on Odoo after a disappointing implementation by another partner. We took over the environment, cleaned up and put the webshop live.
C&S Benelux
C&S Benelux was already running on Odoo, but the previous partner's implementation chafed so much that Twinfield looked tempting. A Quick Scan, an accounting clean-up and a tight upgrade path later, there is a system that actually works.
GreenSecure
The circular start-up from Hengelo brought sales, inventory and manufacturing across three warehouses to Odoo, with a Twinfield integration for the accounting and barcodes on the floor.
IMAGIN.studio
The car imagery specialist from Amsterdam swapped Twinfield for Odoo as the financial engine next to its own platform: subscriptions, overusage and automatic credit card collection via Stripe.
T. van der Plas
The sprouts grower from Broek op Langedijk swapped Exact for Odoo to optimise the packing department: a production order automatically per order line, EDI with retailers and returnable packaging that adds up.
The Set Company
The Amsterdam set builder brought projects, workshop, field service and time tracking to Odoo, with custom work that guards material budget and consumption per project task.
VIXY
VIXY, the video platform from Hilversum, planned projects in Gripp connected to Exact - but it did not run smoothly. With Odoo, projects, CRM, time planning and administration now sit on one system.
GenKey
GenKey, a biometric identity and security specialist from The Hague, switched from Oracle NetSuite to Odoo. The implementation plus licence in the first year stayed below what they used to pay NetSuite per year.
House of Medicals
House of Medicals, a new wholesaler of medical devices and medicines, chose Odoo from the start. From a handful of users, with room to grow to fifteen.
Tierrafino
Tierrafino, a specialist in clay and loam wall finishes from Amsterdam, already ran on Odoo but switched partner to Radical Fanatics. The move happened without losing data, licences or customisations.
Color Control Group
Color Control already uses Odoo for their business processes, on version 17. For their approval workflows they came to FANATICS specifically for our Advanced Approval module. We developed it on v19 and backported it to their v17 environment.
Ons Broodje Bonaire
A Caribbean sandwich shop running on a Dutch ERP foundation. Odoo Point of Sale, QR-based self-order, online ordering, time tracking and eCommerce on one live system. Pragmatically implemented in 20 consultancy hours, with Bonaire context (local tax, local banks, local timezone) built in.
QPOWER Group B.V.
QPOWER Group started with Odoo via the Radical Fanatics kickstart method. A focused implementation on sales and accounting for a small team, with room to add modules later when the organisation grows.
Wonders Holding B.V. (Studio Marcel Wanders)
Studio Marcel Wanders designs iconic furniture, lighting and interiors for brands and hotels worldwide. Their Odoo platform brings structure to project, sales and finance administration that matches that international reach.
Decilux AV Sales
Decilux is a Dutch AV distributor that imports, stocks and resells to installers and integrators. Odoo ties CRM, sales, inventory, purchasing and accounting together, so the team works from a single system.
AMSTELLAND ELECTRONIC B.V.
Amstelland Electronic produces and distributes electronics from Uithoorn. Their Odoo implementation connects production, inventory, sales and accounting in one database, so an order from intake to invoice lives in the same system.
De Vreede Techniek VOF
A technical services firm in Waddinxveen running sales, planning, inventory and projects on Odoo, while accounting stays in Twinfield. The integration forwards invoices automatically, with no double entry.
RGS Development b.v.
RGS Development supplies parts for the space industry. Their Odoo platform combines production, inventory, purchasing and international collaboration in one database, so every batch and every part stays traceable.
HR Subsidie Specialist
HR Subsidie Specialist guides companies through WBSO and innovation subsidy applications. Their Odoo platform ties CRM, project hours and invoicing together, so billable time and active applications no longer get lost between emails and spreadsheets.
Invent Design Beheer B.V. (OneEightyOne)
OneEightyOne is an Amsterdam-based company specialising in dynamic and custom light systems for hospitality, architecture and retail. Their Odoo implementation integrates CRM, sales, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, project management, eCommerce and accounting, in a phased roll-out.
AgrowTeam B.V.
AgrowTeam had their first Odoo implementation with FANATICS in 2022. They spent a year with a different Odoo partner. In 2025 they returned. An honest account of what makes a good Odoo partnership in a specialist industry.
IDD Parts B.V.
IDD Parts distributes physical access security products across the Benelux for ASSA ABLOY. FANATICS built a fully integrated Odoo environment with a configurable B2B webshop and automated consolidation sync to Onestream.

Top Vision Group manufactures in-store visual merchandising products for the retail sector. Their phased Odoo implementation covers sales, purchasing, warehousing, manufacturing and an extensive custom label system with ZPL and PDF labels, UPS integration and automatic manufacturing order planning.

Wijnwinkel Barneveld sells wine in a physical shop and online. Their Odoo implementation covers CRM, sales, Point of Sale, purchase, inventory, accounting and eCommerce, with Exact Online integration, 18+ age verification, bottle deposit tracking, a loyalty programme and wine-specific checkout logic.

FritsJurgens makes invisible floor pivot hinges for premium doors worldwide. FANATICS built an Odoo environment that connects production, dealer orders, credit checking via Atradius, and a B2B webshop, all in one integrated platform.
Hart Haarlem
Hart Haarlem is one of the leading cultural venues in North Holland, running theater performances, event spaces, and rental halls. FANATICS built a unified Odoo platform covering all revenue streams: from ticket sales and hall rental to sponsored projects and an online shop.
Hotel Supply International BV
Hotel Supply International supplies hospitality products to hotels and restaurants across Europe. FANATICS connected their existing WooCommerce webshop and Twinfield accounting system to Odoo, creating a clean operational core without disrupting proven tools.
Decoflorall VOF
Decoflorall sells floral-arranging materials and seeds to bulk buyers and consumers. When the Logic4 licence expired, they moved to Odoo in two months: webshop, inventory with variants and negative stock, purchasing with supplier price lists, barcode picking and Dutch accounting in one system.
Stil Orthosis B.V.
Stil Orthosis produces an anti-tremor orthosis, a medical device that significantly reduces trembling in neurological conditions. In medical device manufacturing, traceability is not a wish but a requirement. Odoo with the Quality Management module gives Stil the component tracking and quality assurance their sector demands.
Rhea Vendors Groep
Rhea Vendors manufactures professional vending machines and operates across three countries. FANATICS rolled out a phased international Odoo implementation covering the Netherlands, Austria, and Germany, each with local fiscal requirements and dedicated integrations.
MISSINGLNK B.V., Reany Bikes Europe
Reany Bikes Europe distributes e-bikes across Europe from an external fulfilment centre. Their Odoo implementation covers sales, purchasing, inventory, eCommerce, accounting and helpdesk: with EDI integration to JCL Logistics, DHL connectivity, showroom mode, battery regulation compliance and B2B invoicing.
Zo Veilig
Zo Veilig installs and manages security systems for private and business customers. Odoo connects planning, work orders, contract management and invoicing, including custom integrations with the Securitas and Alarm.com control rooms, and automated batch invoicing of ~10,000 subscription invoices per month.
Keizer International B.V.
Keizer International distributes bottles and caps for the food industry to customers worldwide. After migrating from SAP Business One, they implemented Odoo as their central platform: including custom modules for historical pricing, RMA, complex carrier routing and authorisation workflows.
Burned Wood B.V.
Burned Wood sells and produces architectural charred wood for construction and interior projects. Their Odoo implementation covers CRM, sales, purchase, inventory and accounting, with custom modules for variant pricing, price per m², multilingual quotes and a web form integration.
Tulppack
Tulppack ran on Brincr, Exact Online and a separate webshop. Odoo replaced all three - with a B2B webshop where customers order themselves (by the metre or by the tea bag, printed with their own logo) and stock that stays correct across tricky units of measure.
